Q: What are the show opening hours?

Saturday: 9am - 5:30pm (Evening show in LRO Live Action Arena Time TBC)

Sunday: 9am - 5pm

Q: Can I buy tickets on the day

Q: Is there a car parking charge? 

Yes, £5 per vehicle will be charged on the day

Q: Is there disabled parking?

Yes there is. Please show your blue badge on arrival to the showground to gain access to this designated area. Bookings cannot be made in advance.

Please be aware that event fields and concert arenas are predominantly on undulating grass surfaces, and the wearing of appropriate clothing and footwear is strongly advised. Wheelchair users should be accompanied by a strong companion.

Q: Is there mobility hire at this event?

Unfortunately not. We ask that you consider making advance arrangements for yourself at this event.

Q: Are children free?

Yes if the child is under 5 years at the time of the event and is accompanied by a paying adult.

Q: Are there any concessions?

There are not.

Q: How many people does a Multi Camping Pitch (Family) camping ticket include?

2 Adults & 2 Children (5 - 15 years). Children aged 5 and under go for free OR 3 Adults.

Families can purchase an additional child’s ticket if they have more than 2 children attending aged 5-15.

Please be aware that the pitch size for a Multi Camping (Family) ticket is typically 8x8 metres.

Q: Is there a camping area just for families?

Yes, we've cornered off a special section of the campsite this year especially for those with families. The area is capped and places will be given on a first come, first served basis. When you arrive, simply ask the marshalls on the gate to direct you to the Family Camping Zone

Q: What size is the camping pitch?

The pitch is 8x8m and you can bring your car onto your pitch.

Q: What are the camp site opening times?

The campsite gates will be open for arrivals from 12pm - 7pm on Friday and 7am - 8:45am on Saturday. You must leave the campsite by 12pm on Monday

Q: Is there an electric hook-up for caravans on the campsite?

Our website has been updated and hook-ups are now available on a first come first served basis. Diesel and LPG Gas generators are allowed.

Q: Are there crèche facilities?

There are not.

Q: What is the Medical/First Aid procedure?

Please advise an onsite steward of any incident.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

Yes, but please can they be kept on a lead at all times and any mess must be cleaned up.

Q: Where are the nearest toilets?

There are numerous toilet blocks located around the showground and these will be highlighted on the signs or ask a steward situated around the site to help respond to any queries you may have.

Q: Is there a cash machine on site?

Yes, there will be a cash machine on site at the event.

Q: Can I take pictures/video at the event?

Yes and we'd be delighted to receive them too! Share them with LRO on our Facebook page LROLive.

Q: Where is the off-road course?

The off road course will be located in an old quarry in Stainby. The course is regularly used by clubs including the Northern Off Road Club.
Facilities include: Car park, Catering van, Toilets
The closest postcode is NG33 5QP and the course will be fully signposted.
